NUTRITION PROGRAMS
All nutrition programs are developed under flexible dieting guidelines that are balanced, sustainable, and backed by science. Each plan is uniquely created and monitored so that a healthier body composition is achieved on a healthy timeline--not too slow, nor too fast.
The goal is to teach you how to sustain a healthier body composition for life; it is NOT a short-term approach for weight loss.
The standard time a client invests in working with Bonnie varies, but averages anywhere from 8 months to 2 years, depending on each client's needs, goals, and efforts.
How it works:
1. You send your weight in once a week via email.
2. Based on your weekly check-in, changes may or may not be made.
3. As you work through your program, you will learn the information and techniques necessary to eat healthier for life.
