TRAINING SESSIONS

These are traditional one-on-one training sessions for those who live in the Houston area.

 

Each session is developed for each client's abilities and goals, with an emphasis on strength training, range of motion work, conditioning, flexibility, endurance, and biomechanical correction.

These sessions are intense, thorough, and always educational.

 

All sessions are 60-minutes in duration.
